PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all product specifications
listed on this website are accurate, LLWH Design cannot guarantee against any misrepresentation
arising from any inaccurate information. Please also note that colour variations
may occur between the actual product and its corresponding image presented on our
website depending on the screen and setting on which the image is being viewed.
PRICES
& DELIVERY CHARGES
Prices quoted are in Australian dollars and include GST. LLWH Design
reserves the right to modify prices in respect of orders which have not yet been
accepted. Where a product is pictured "in situ" on the web site, the price quoted
includes only the main product described and not any accessories or accompanying
items shown except where otherwise stated.
We offer a delivery service for the Sydney
metropolitan area. Deliveries to all other areas Australia wide will be made using
Australia Post standard delivery. A special request for registered post can also
be made when finalising an order.
We will inform you of the delivery fee via email. Once a quote is sent it is valid
for 7 days from that date. Should the delivery charges be deemed unacceptable, the
order can be cancelled by emailing LLWH Design via the “contact us form” on the Contact
Us page.
To negate delivery charges, customers are welcome to pick up items in person from
a mutually convenient location on the northern beaches of Sydney.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
DURING TRANSIT
Great care is taken when packaging and posting your order. In the unfortunate
event that your products get damaged during transit, you must inform LLWH Design
of any faulty or damaged products within 24 hours of receipt of the products.
We strongly recommend that our customers unpack and thoroughly check the delivered
products for any faults or damages immediately upon receipt. Any faults or damages
should be made known to LLWH Design immediately.
Once we have received your advice
of any faulty or damaged products we will liaise directly with you to resolve the
issue. If it is proved that the item was damaged or faulty through the lack of proper
packaging then the damaged or faulty items will be replaced, wherever possible, at
no extra charge to the customer. LLWH Design takes no responsibility for poor handling
methods by transporting agents.
It should be noted that because of the nature of our goods, many items are unique and a second identical item may not be available. In the case where a damaged product (as defined above) cannot be replaced, a full refund of the customer’s purchase price may be made.
However, it is noted that, LLWH Design will investigate any damage or lost products
on a case-by-case basis and reserves the right not to replace any damaged products
if LLWH Design determines that it is not negligent.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Please
choose carefully. We do not accept returns based on a change of mind or wrong decision.
We will accept returns only if there is a fault with the product or the purchaser
proves, to the satisfaction of LLWH Design, that the received product is different
from the product description.
The cost of the return is to be borne by the purchaser.

ORDER CANCELLATION BY LLWH DESIGN
LLWH Design reserves the right to cancel
an order if:
1. The product is sold out prior to your order being received.
2. The product ordered is unable to be made because our suppliers have discontinued
manufacture and/or supply of the necessary materials and the materials cannot be
sourced elsewhere.
2. We are unable to deliver to your nominated address.
3. There
is an incorrect price quoted on the website due to a typographical error.
4. Payment
cannot be authorised.
5. Circumstances arise that cannot be reasonably foreseen by LLWH Design.
In the unlikely
event of us cancelling your order, an email notification will be sent to you outlining
the reason for cancellation. We are not obliged to offer any compensation for any
dissatisfaction which may arise as a result an order cancellation.
WARRANTY
A 15 day
warranty is offered from the date of posting against defects in the material and
workmanship of the products, and does not apply to normal wear and tear, nor does
it apply to damage resulting from unauthorised repair, misuse or product abuse. The
goods must be returned to LLWH Design at the purchaser’s expense.
FORCE MAJEURE
In
the event that LLWH Design is prevented from carrying out its obligations as a result
of any cause beyond its control such as but not limited to Acts of God, War, Strikes,
Lock-outs, Flood and Failure of third parties to deliver products, LLWH Design shall
be relieved of its obligations and liabilities for as long as such fulfillment is
prevented.
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
We reserve the right to change these
terms and conditions without publicising any changes at our sole discretion. The
most current version of the terms and conditions will supersede all previous versions.
